The American Interview with Kira
"'It was my dream to come to London and I never, ever expected to be working here,' she says. She booked a four-day trip, got the audition on day two and was offered the part at the end of day three."

Raised by Lesbians
"Kira Sternbach is convincing as the friend and brings energy and spunk to her primary role. In some of the 'unreal' moments, she plays the kind of limited brain cell giggly type that young boys like Joe often have things for and she’s hilarious."
-Rob Lester, EDGE Boston, Aug 13, 2008
Snapshots
"Kira Sternbach completely embodies the pure joy and the sheer terror in this role. I was moved by her performance."
-Richard Hinojosa, NYTheatre.com, Aug 4, 2007
Five Story Walkup
"LaBute has crafted another moral dilemma, brought to stunning life by the gorgeous and talented Kira Sternbach. Playing a Lolita character that would make Christina Ricci beg for mercy."
-Josh Sherman, NYTheatre.com, Mar 23, 2007
American Girls
"As performers, Bettis and Kira Sternbach make remarkably convincing middle school students. With warp-speed speech and regular giggle fits, they sell early scenes, when their characters sneak away to a dance competition, as innocent conspiracies between girlfriends. And later, when their plans have horrible consequences, they slouch their shoulders and hide their hands in their sleeves, just like uncomfortable kids."
-Mark Blankenship, VARIETY, Apr 7, 2008
"Kira Sternbach as Katie is marvelous. She and Bettis give subtle, nuanced portraits of girls whose emotions change rapidly without ever lapsing into showiness. I assume both of them are well over the age of 14, but they are completely believable regardless."
-Anthony C.E. Nelson, NYTheatre.com, Apr 5, 2008
Surgery
"Sternbach's performance deserves special mention as she makes herself watchable every moment she is onstage. One of the best things for an audience member is to feel that these people we're watching are not actors doing line delivery, but indeed the characters they say they are, fully present and responding to the person opposite them. Sternbach is a master at this. With her large eyes and natural ebullience, Sternbach is entirely believable as the bursting-with-life, mischievous Ripley, and something tells me she'd be equally convincing in whatever other role she might choose to take on."
-Lisa Ferber, NYTheatre.com, Jul 18, 2006
How I Leared to Drive
"Trey Gibbons (Male Greek Chorus), Kira Sternbach (Teenage Greek Chorus), and Samantha J. Phillips (Female Greek Chorus) round out this exceptional cast. They all work overtime as the ignorant and crude family members, the unquestioning strangers who allow pedophilia to occur under their noses."
